Attorney-at-law graduated from the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ) and holding a master (LL.M) in International Sports Law from ISDE Madrid (Spain, 2015), joined Bichara e Motta Advogados in 2010.
Has broad experience in disputes before FIFA, the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) involving contractual, employment, disciplinary and transfer-related matters, as well as in advising athletes, intermediaries and agents, clubs and federations in contractual and regulatory issues. During the 2014 FIFA World Cup, the 2016 Rio Olympic Games and the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, was counsel for a variety of athletes, federations and National Olympic Committees, especially before the FIFA Disciplinary Committee and the CAS Ad Hoc Division.
Arbitrator from the sport list of the Brazilian Centre of Arbitration and Mediation (CBMA), in Rio de Janeiro. Coordinator of CBMA’s Course on Sports Arbitration and a visiting lecturer in several sports law, sports management and marketing courses, as well as the author of several articles on sports law. Vice-President of the Youth Commission of the Brazilian Academy of Sports Law (ANDD) and delegate at the Sports Law Commission of the Rio de Janeiro Bar Association.
Between 2008 and 2009, worked at the Legal Department and at the Permanent Biding Committee of SUDERJ, a public body then in charge of administrating the Maracanã Stadium and Complex, specialising in bidding procedures, administrative contracts and agreements related to sports.
