Thiago Peluso Rossi

Thiago Peluso Rossi joined Bichara e Motta Advogados in 2022 as partner of the tax department.

Thiago represents national and international clients and has over 15 years of experience in tax law, both judicial and administrative litigation, having participated in a leading case trial at Administrative Tax Appeals Council – CARF, as well as in advisory related to direct and indirect taxes, having extensive expertise in tax planning and corporate restructurings.

Thiago holds a law degree from the National Law School of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – FND/UFRJ (2007), postgraduation degrees in State Law from the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro – UERJ (2009) and in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies – IBET (2011). He is also a member of the Brazilian Bar Association at the Rio de Janeiro Chapter – OAB/RJ and of the Brazilian Association of Financial Law – ABDF.
