Rodrigo Nakane

Rodrigo Nakane holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio, 2020), with an academic exchange at the the University of Lisbon (FDUL, 2018). He also holds a postgraduate degree in Contract Law from PUC-Rio and a Master’s in Sports Management and Legal Skills from ISDE Law & Business School in Barcelona, Spain.

He represents clients in civil litigation proceedings across sectors such as insurance, engineering, healthcare, technology, and education. In the sports industry, he has advised organizations, athletes, and agents on contractual and regulatory matters, including proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), and has negotiated and drafted sponsorship, licensing, and commercial agreements with major international sports properties. Member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), the Brazilian Institute of Sports Law (IBDD), and founding member of the Sports Law Study Group at PUC-Rio (GEDD PUC-Rio).
