Felipe Pestana

Attorney-at-law graduated from PUC-Rio (2014), with a postgraduate in International Sports Law from ISDE Madrid (Spain, 2015).

Between 2016 and 2023, acted as Legal Counsel at the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF), alongside the Department of Registration, Transfers and Club Licensing and the Legal Department.

Has extensive experience in contractual and regulatory matters in football, involving the analysis, application and development of regulations at national and international level, as well as acting in disciplinary and dispute resolution cases in sport.

Coordinator of the Training Program for Football Intermediaries and the Legal Training Program for Football (CBF Academy), in addition to being a guest lecturer on courses such as the Training Program for Football Executives (CBF Academy) and the Practical Course on Sports Arbitration – Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration (CBMA).
