Carlos Moutinho has been a partner of Bichara e Motta Advogados since 2006. He has been working as a counselor and in the labor litigation area throughout Brazil for more than 20 years.
He is the partner responsible for the labor litigation department of the law firm, with emphasis in sports law. He has extensive experience in consulting and preventive law in public and private companies, national and multinational.
Mr. Moutinho is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo chapters, Portuguese Bar Association and of the Brazilian Sports Law Institute. In 2009 he received a commemorative medal celebrating the 60 years of the constitutionalization of the Labor Court, granted by the President of the Superior Labor Court.
