Juliana Avezum

Lawyer with a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and with a post-graduate degree in Intellectual Property and New Business from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV.

Juliana works with Intellectual Property, Entertainment and Fashion Law with emphasis on the protection of copyrights, trademarks, industrial designs, software, image and digital law. She advises actors, models, stylists, artists, photographers, art galleries and agents of the audiovisual and music industry.

In Sports Law, Juliana works with athletes, clubs, intermediaries and sponsors, by analyzing contracts, providing consultancy and working with national and international litigation in various sports modalities, in commercial, disciplinary and doping disputes.

Juliana is specialized in Electronic Sports (e-Sports), advising teams, athletes and sponsors with contractual aspects, intellectual property, and with legal obstacles involving this area which is in great expansion.
