José Brautigam

Expert in business law, he has been a partner of Bichara e Motta Advogados since 2009. He is responsible for the performance and supervision of the teams that work with corporations (purchase negotiation, representing foreign shareholders at meetings, direct foreign investments, joint venture agreements, holdings, consortiums, due diligence processes), entertainment and contracts in general.

He has worked as an attorney at Veirano Advogados (1998 to 2009), as a foreign associate at Rogers & Wells (Clifford Chance) (1996) and WilmerHale (1996-1998) in Washington, D.C., Castro, Barros, Sobral e Xavier (1992 to 1995) and Lobo & Ibeas Advogados (1989 to 1992), with emphasis in large transnational corporation projects.
