Beatriz Braz

Beatriz Braz is a lawyer graduated from Centro Universitário Ibmec. She works primarily in civil litigation, advising Brazilian and international clients on the prevention and resolution of judicial and administrative disputes, with experience in matters before State and Higher Courts. She also has relevant experience in the gaming and betting sector, advising operators in disputes related to regulated activities.

In addition to her litigation practice, she provides legal advice on risk management and dispute prevention, as well as on the drafting and negotiation of digital and commercial agreements, advising brands, companies, and professionals operating in the digital environment, the fashion industry, the entertainment sector, and other areas of the creative economy. In 2024, she completed an extension course in Fashion Law at PUC-Rio.
